How long will it take to process my migration application?

This all depends on the specific visa class and subclass you want to apply for. We will provide you estimate time in your assessment report.

Do I have to send original documents with my application?

Yes. Generally, for permanent migration application numbers of documents is required. Applicants need to provide a coloured scan of original documents or notary attested documents only.

When can Australia graduate student apply for state nomination?

Once you’ve completed your studies and obtained your full General Skilled Migration skills assessment for your nominated occupation, you can apply for state nomination. You don’t have to wait for your official graduation ceremony. You can apply once you have received all of your final grades and have officially met the requirements for your qualification.

Do I need to get state nomination for a business visa?

If you are applying for subclass 188, 888, 892, 893, 132  you will need state nomination first.
