This provisional visa is intended for individuals with business skills. It allows you to start or expand an existing business in Australia.

Holders of a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) in the Business Innovation stream can extend their stay in Australia with this provisional visa.

Stay in Australia for up to 6, 7, or 8 years after the original Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (Subclass 188) in the Business Innovation stream was granted.

Holders of a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) Significant Investor stream can extend their stay in Australia for up to four years with this provisional visa.
